Amy Serafin is an editor in chief and journalist with over twenty years of experience in print, online, television, and radio. Currently, she is Paris editor of Wallpaper* magazine. As editor in chief, she directed the editorial content of Impact Journalism Day, a partnership of 50 international newspapers, and Solutions & Co, a network of top business newspapers from around the globe. Prior to that, she was editor in chief of Where Paris, a monthly magazine distributed in luxury hotels.
She has worked around the world covering a range of subjects, including culture and the arts for The New York Times and National Public Radio, business and technology for Fortune and SmartPlanet, architecture and design for Wallpaper*, and food and fashion for the Associated Press. Writing about humanitarian issues for several international organizations, she has traveled to places such as Haiti, Nepal, Georgia, Ethiopia, Turkey, and Burma.
